Contribute FeedbackWhile some reviewers had negative experiences with slow service, incorrect orders, or unattentive staff, others raved about the delicious Mediterranean food at the restaurant. Many customers mentioned the great flavors of the food, including dishes like the Pastitsio, the Flaming Cheese, Branzino, and the family style dinner option. The outdoor dining experience was also highly praised, with mention of socially distant seating and fantastic servers. Despite some service hiccups, the restaurant seemed to excel in providing authentic Greek cuisine and creating a Mediterranean dining experience reminiscent of Santorini.
The food is all excellent and the service was also very good. The only issue I have with this restaurant is that they have a belly dancer which I do not find add anything to the experience but what makes it worse is that they play music both inside and outside which is supposed to be for the dancer but they play it all the time and it’s so loud that you have to yell to give your order and you can’t have a conversation at all. It really takes away from an otherwise wonderful experience.
Usually a reliable spot but service was a little spot and the restaurant had many flies buzzing around inside
Food was very good and served in a very timely manner. We all enjoyed our meals. The only negative was that we wanted to order dessert and were told it was too late. They said the kitchen was closed. I found that rather annoying. It really was not that late. Other than that, all good.
I had seafood linguine with lots of fish but, very salty and not so tasty. Wife had the gyro plate that was way too salty.
Food at Taverna Kyma is tasty but not refined. Prices are relatively inexpensive. Last night there seemed to be a shortage of wait staff as our waiter while managing was overworked. Definitely a go to place where food is consistent.
