Good to have an alternative in Bodhgaya where Tibetan culture is very prevailing in most aspects. Not just Tibetan cuisines, other items such as wearables, prayers item and etc. reasonable prices, very home cooking feel, fast service and it's overall satisfying experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tibet Om:
Seems very authentic Tibetan from what I've seen before. Food is a nice change from all the Indian food around and the thick noodles in soup, then thuk if l remember correctly, we're great, a bit like fresh pasta. Ended off with a bit of chocolate cake View all feedback.
The food is not delicious and not many people visit this place now. The prices are decent. Cleanliness is not so great, especially the bathroom.
I love this quiet restaurant with delicious food. Their Momo soup is my favorite! They offer vegetarian Tibetan cuisine. A special shoutout to the owners, especially Ama.
This is a family-run restaurant. I've known her for at least two decades and I've never been disappointed with the food. Especially Dasang is known for his passion to protect animals and promote vegetarian and vegan foods. The best place to eat in Bodh Gaya. There are other restaurants that have meat and vegetarian food, but it is not the same as a pure vegetarian restaurant. Please support them so that they are still there for us. ps, when they found out that I am gluten intolerant, they are invented cakes and bread for me!!! Wow, wow, wow...
The quiet cafe with 'Om mani padme hum sounding in the background and the family of Tibetans busy making beaded necklaces, was roomy yet intimate with a Tibetan feel about it all. The menu was extensive and the food excellent while the price was very...reasonable. If you can find it then eat at it.
This restaurant in Bodhgaya serves some of the best momos and delicious Tibetan cuisine. Be sure to try the honey lemon ginger dish! The staff is also very friendly.
