Firstly, I arrived at 10am Sunday morning and was just able to get myself and 2 guests seated as the place was PACKED! I always take this as a good sign that it's packed with hungry locals. I was greeted by the barista and manager which was nice. I have been to this restaurant on three occasions, the most recent was with a group of 12 friends.. the food is average - and the menu does describe the dishes accurately enough.My greatest problems each time has been the noise. Favourite brunch in all of Melbourne. The coffee is always perfect. Eggs perfectly cooked. The staff are so lovely and always manage to accommodate us and a pram.
Delicious brioche with caramel ricotta and berries for brunch. We also had salmon rillettes with croquettes and pickled cucumber, corn fritters and steak sandwich. The sweet potato wedges are out of this world. Lovely, smiling service too. Happy on all counts

Excellent, very friendly staff. Coffee FIVE star and that fruit bread!! It sets the standard by which all fruit bread will be judged. Our new favorite cafe. Could not fault anything. Thank you. How do you get it so right and others so wrong???
