Lovely presentation and delivered withing ETA Wasnt the best as a bit dry All the meat was dry and some of the chicken well over done so couldn't enjoy some it Arrived in plastic tubs; might have kept cooking the chicken? Rice and potatoes lovely Very accommodating and overall it was okay and would order again but would get something in sauce to prevent drying out the meat

Have ordered multiple times as really enjoy the food so flavoursome and lovely however, tonight is the 3rd time our dansak has been missing its rice even though I left a note reminding! We pay £2.50 for delivery as is because in halstead but pay this because enjoy the food. However, the delay to then get the correct order because it is regular forgotten means we won't be ordering from here again as its too much hassle to fix. Last night it took 1hr 15 to get the rice that they missed in the first place, I could tell on the phone due to fact busy they didn't want to send replacement rice but if would have got correct in first place. I accepted this mistake once, even twice I still returned but unfortunately 3rd time is too many.

Terrible food. First order and we ordered a set meal. Lamb bhuna was so over cooked and so was the chicken korma! Spicy poppadoms were undercooked! Awful food and will never be ordering from here again. I always order from balti nights as a rule but had a free delivery option on deliveroo. Lesson learnt

2nd delivery ordered after a few weeks of trying Miah takeaway. The food that was delivered was tasty as the 1st time was. That said the service was somewhat questionable!! Firstly a food delivery arrived within the said time! Unfortunately it was a meal for 1 when we’d ordered for a family of 4, it wasn’t anything we’d ordered! Then after numerous calls by my wife (mainly just cut off) once answered we got the standard ‘we’ve got a new driver making mistakes’ ‘we are really busy and it will be there soon’. 2hrs after order the correct food arrives ‘we’d been asked to keep the food that originally arrived’ and we sent that back untouched as I’m not disposing of their error, we also had a number of ordered and paid for accompaniments not in the delivery!! So as a few words of advice for a company that provides good tasty food, if you get the service right you could clear up in terms of market share in this area, unfortunately you are falling short at this moment in terms of consistent high service delivery.

Just had chicken biriaani chicken was hard and dry bombay potatoes was loverly awesome sauce same goes for the curry sauce.Garlic naam bread was very dry and tasteless.At £21 id say 6.5 out of 10.would order again but have a different main.
