We took our 2 grandkids to tea after the Nutcracker. We were seated in a bare ugly room, not as seen on your website. The service was terrible, food arrived slapped on plates, again not as seen. We will never eat or stay at the King Edward again due to this revolting experience. And we were charged over $150. for nothing. You should be ashamed. read more.
