This is a coffee place where a lot of people hang out while at Brampton Civic Centre. Coffee, sandwiches soups are always freshly made! Vending machines for water, juice and chips are situated at the back of the counter. Service is great by attentive staff. View all feedback.

Great place to sit and chat. always keep on refreshing their eat menu. Only regret, whenever we go, the coffee served is always cold. Not sure if the cups served are too cold or their coffee machine temp is wrong. but still like to go there again and again View all feedback.
Very nice place to chill out with 11 hours of free wifi ! Great coffee , good breakfast options and loads of desserts. Service is very prompt and friendly.
I visit this cafe frequently to catch-up with friends over tea or to work on a project and am always delighted by the great customer service provided by all servers. Today, however, I had the most exceptional customer service experience from the Barista, Kat. She was thoughtful and demonstrated how she wanted to make my drink to my specifications and was an absolute joy to interact with. Such experiences are such a rarity these days; so, I'd like a give a shout to Kat and the whole team of Williams Cafe for enriching customer experiences through their caring service.

This place is awesome, great for large groups. The service is also really nice. They have a great variety of foods such as their breakfasts, frozen yogurt, shakes, specialty coffees, desserts and more!! It is on the pricier side, but it is very good. Although, the menu is quiet large it can kind of be confusing to read. Nice place for a coffee and a sweet treat with a friend. The atmosphere is really nice, with cute paintings and painted brick wall. Everything is clean and the location is good. I would come back here.
POSITIVES:-Servers friendly-Fast service -Fresh foods-Comfortable atmosphere: great for socializing, OK for studying (with headphones) NEGATIVES:-Small quantities (example: not worth $8 for loaded sweet potato fries, also the presentation wasn't appealing) -Overpriced (smoothie $7?...) Also...I requested a substitute for the meat (bacon/sausages) on a classic all-day breakfast, such as an extra egg, and the best they could offer were "extra tomato slices or cucumbers". Really - are you that cheap? What does another egg cost?
