Pizza Hut - Brantford

Don't bother eating here. The pizza is absolutely disgusting. They are very stingy with toppings--especially pepperonni. I dined inside and regretted it. I wish I could give it NO STARS.

The other day I went to the new Pizza Hut in the Shopper's Drug Mart plaza on Clarence street here in Brantford. I had only once ever been to the King George Road location once when they opened in 1993, and I was not impressed with the food then, but I somehow thought over 20 years things might have changed. They have not.I ordered a small pizza to go with 3 toppings, and it was a few cents shy of $15 for a pizza less than the size of a dinner plate. I normally get Dominos and their small is both larger and less expensive and tastes a whole lot better. I was incredulous at the size of this dinky little pizza for $15. I asked how many slices it had and they said 6, the Dominos small 6 slice pizza is enough for 2 meals for me. This tiny little thing was one meal, as I said, it wasn't even the size of a small dinner plate. The sauce was tasteless, the crust was not doughy, it was greasy, I did not enjoy it at all and will never get so much as another morsel of food there again. One of the employees was on their break that was sitting down as I was waiting for my order seemed to have Tourettes, as they were making odd movements and repeatedly saying odd things over and over out loud to no one in particular.Now this is not a sit down dining room type of place, it's mainly for pick ups and deliveries, but there is a small bench and stool area where ones could have a meal there, and a bench where I sat while I waited for my order. The other girl that took the order was very polite, the service was fast, I was the only one in there though, and it appeared clean what I could see of it. But overpriced and overly small portions in comparison to other chains, and not great tasting food.

Good pizza,bread sticks and Cesar salad.Everything was as you would expect at a Pizza Hut.Service was good no complaints.

Ordered a pizza combo timed from the website. They let it sit for 2 hours and didn't bother to call us. The pizza was disgusting. I'm surprised we weren't all sick !I've also been here for lunch buffet and it was a hot mess. There's never enough pizza and runs out quickly. I won't return here again.

So I watched them give my takeout order to the wrong customer and they left with my food and go all the way home then realized they got the wrong order and drove back to the restaurant and told the guy at the takeout counter I got the wrong order he opens the warming oven pulls out there order and gives it to them then proceeds to try and give me the food that had left the restaurant with the customer for 10-15 minutes and tried to tell me there is nothing wrong with the food???? That is really disgusting how do I know they didn't have there dirty fingers in it? How do I know they didn't drop it on the floor? Is this your policy Pizza Hut? Give out food to wrong customer then try and give it to someone else? No thanks I won't be back
