Contribute FeedbackIt is never too late to evaluate this wonderful situation. Emperor Robert was looking for our Golocal meeting in Bremen. Thank you. It wasn't better. After we met before Bremen Roland and made us known, the old town went to the Schnoor district. Arriving in Concordenhaus, I was totally thrilled by the beautiful old brick building of 1630. We were greeted in joy. On the left we saw a four-stage series, which was well occupied, on the right, the Schank edition. The complex is rustic and very cozy. We were brought to a stairway where our great table, which Emperor Robert made reservations, was covered. A second large table was also occupied by a group. After we had taken place, a very friendly service came, distributed the menus and asked for the drinks that were brought very quickly. I had already loaded the menu at home from the net and selected my dishes before: Champignon's chopped pan with onions and roast potatoes, with a small salad. The nice lady came shortly after and accepted the order of dishes. The food came quickly on the table, was hot and totally delicious, which my dear friends also confirmed. Nice and interesting conversations took place, so you met better. The toilets lay on half the stairs and were very clean. After a few hours they went by and looked forward to the next day. With a taxi we drove five people to our hotels that were almost next to each other. We took a baggage in the intermediate station. It was a very successful evening that gave me much pleasure. So I can highly recommend the Concordenhaus. Great.
With a short review, you can simply not leave this restaurant selected by Robert! Because when you stood in front of the place, it made a more than beautiful impression. Most tables were well occupied. I liked the restaurant in rustic style right away. Reserve was, as already described, a large long table on the first floor, which was reached via a staircase. After everything that happened, a nice employee rushed to our table to get the drinks. In a short distance, a menu was served for everyone, coming with different food orders, as you could see on the plates. I had already decided in advance for the vegetable horse with Hollandaise, salt potatoes and a mirror egg that was very good to me tastefully. I found the prices there more than right. Soups starters were from 4.50 € to 9.80 € for a shrimp salad. Bremish dishes from 10.80 € 15, € carving Variations 11,50 € 14,80 € Grill specialities from 13,80 € 19,50 € for e.g. the large grill plate with three different steaks, roast potatoes, mushrooms and a salad. I found the menu more than good, and the rustic ambience there anyway. In a short walk to the toilet half a staircase from the reserved place, I found this very clean. Conclusion: All in all, I can only give all 5 for this restaurant and can recommend it to good conscience!
First of all, I must say my surprise that there is a one-star rating for this location. It's 7 years old. In the meantime, the kitchen team was replaced. Our esteemed Golocal meeting organizer Emperor Robert had just selected this place as Meet Greet-Point. From the outside, the building already makes a solid impression. After a long drive and a lack of opportunity to take a bite, I had a bear starving when we finally stood in front of the restaurant. We came and I was very impressed with the ambience. I would classify the facility as a rustic cozy. Since our group was a little bigger, we got a place on the first floor, which was only accessible by stairs. Halfway there was the toilet I didn't have to visit during the visit. We entered the hall, which was impressed by the ceiling height and the tasteful and ambiente furnishings. I found that the room was neither square nor rectangular. He went narrower to the window front. In addition to our troops there were two more companies in this room and on the ground floor the tables were also well occupied. Nevertheless, we did not have to wait and were served friendly. First, the beverage requests were recorded and the menu cards were taken. The cool wet was also fixed to the table and the menu order was recorded. The prices were standard, but absolutely appropriate. I chose the day dish fish plate. It was even cheap at €12.80. There were two kinds of fish with cancer sauce on the plate. In addition, tasty roast potatoes and delicious vegetables such as a piece of tomatoes, red bete strips, salad cucumber slices, Zuccini stripes and crunchy salad shimmered. Then the first bite of fish moved into my mouth and sweetened my taste buds. Wow! The fish was juicy, but had a crunchy crust (not pruned). The roast potatoes make me look forward to both consistency and spices; a perfect gustatory perception! It is unnecessary to mention that my plate was completely emptied. Ambience/cleaning 5 stars, service 5 stars, food 5 stars At this point I would like to ask the 1-star reviewer to revise this place.... It's worth it!
At our meeting in Bremen, the first culinary treats were planned in the Concordenhaus. It should be done on Friday night. After the individual users were introduced, some knew each other, others were quickly hit on the first small sightseeing round with Emperor Robert. He knew a lot about Bremen, streets, houses, etc. And all this is quite exciting. We went straight to his lips. At 6 p.m. the emperor at Concordenhaus had reserved us a table for dinner. Unfortunately, I cannot deliver photos of this beautiful house or from the great food. But other Golocal users like Doll Mama have shot pictures here. After we entered this beautiful house and were led to the first floor (here was covered for us), we could also give up the drinks orders in Windeseile. The staff just crawled around. Before the drinks came, puppet mama distributed to all participants Nougatpralines as welcome greeting. A super idea and a totally delicious thing. Thank you. Everyone has their own menu. That was a good thing. In many restaurants you have to look for two in a menu because there are not enough menus. My neighbor kisto and I didn't need the card. We had already decided to offer the day before the door on the road. The fish plate with two fish fillets should be it. When our food came, we were totally excited. The fish was so delicious, crazy!!! There are already the five stars alone. But also the supplements like roast potatoes and vegetables have tasted super. The services here were very close to Zack. We didn't have to wait long for drinks. Also the toilets (herrent toilets on the ladies' toilets have to express themselves) were very clean. The only drawback why I cannot miss the heart of the Concordenhaus, which is nothing for people with disabilities because of its stairs. The toilets are also in a kind of intermediate floor and can only be reached via the stairs. For me, the Concordenhaus is still a secret tip and I can recommend it at any time.
To eat with a group of 15 people in Bremen, there are many possibilities. I had a different restaurant in mind, but then went to the Concordenhaus in the Schnoor, who were able to record a colorful group of crazy Golocaler. To the house itself: “We have a refined selection of Bremish specialties for you on offer, and prepare a pleasant time with us!” That was true. Crabs were out, but from Schnitzel, Labskaus, Knipp was still abundant. History of the Concordenhaus “The year of construction can be seen in the inscription on the sandstone portal: “Sorget not, God helpet miraculously 1630” Probably the property was built earlier. The towering gable house with three full floors and two floors was probably an account and back house before. In the basement there is an 8 m deep well, probably one of the oldest fountains in Bremen. In 1949 the house, especially the roof chair, was in danger of falling. In 1950, long before the decision of the local statutes, the new owner, the technical association “ Concordia”, managed to save the construction from the decay. Since that time, the house has been named “Concordenhaus”, also called the “Haus der 99 Architekten” because the members of the “ Concordia” put in personal use with hand to restore the building. The ceiling was removed between the first and second upper floors and the hall was created by two floors. On the outside you are thrilled to see such a beautiful building in the old town of Bremer. On the right of the house a few seats for smokers. The map is lavish, vegetarian dishes are also available. The service flotted and friendly, the small kitchen announced to me but did a good job, and I think everything came hot on the table. Prices are civilian and reasonable, the portions large, not all empty their plates. Then everyone has paid individual, because Golocal is no longer sponsoring such Golocal meetings even though I had invited KatiT and Lumilla. I had the feeling of picking up this restaurant on Friday night. I'm full of 5 stars, what else?
