What a disappointment, this has been our favourite place to have fish and chips at Sandgate. However, today we arrived early to beat the rush and our order had not arrived after 45 minutes. When I demanded my money back they refused and said it was ready. No apologies, even though many customers after us had received their order. I haven't been to Flinders in quite some time, but ventured there recently and ordered 2 crumbed fish, calamari and chips.
