What happened? I have a lasagne tonight, it has the taste and the texture of a super market to smile. full gristle, too much cheese. I'm not going back.

2 pastas and a pizza ordered. the pastas were okay, not the best I ever had. but okay. the pizza was cold and was not properly cooled and barely cheese. altogether ok eat but not the price worth

There was a very long hair strand in the gamberi also a piece of carton that can see in picture. I get used to the fact that the vinnys will no longer order from there. the lady you say she's wearing a hair net, I know we ordered one time and her hair was down. the pasta is so delicious, but after this experience no longer

Been keen to try out these guys for a while, finally bit the bullet and got Chicken Schnitzel with gravy. 45+ minutes later, food arrived stone cold, no salt on the chips, no gravy, and old melted (i think it was) cheese on the schnitzels. The mudcake and ice cream for dessert had melted from being in the same bag as the hot food.The quantity of food is amazing, but the service is a little lacking. The website with real time updates' did not even tell me it was on route even AFTER I had received and finished what was edible.That said, when I have access to a car, I will give them another go.
