I was pleasantly surprised by this ordinary looking "strip mall" restaurant. I discovered that it has great food, and an interesting owner. It seems to be favored by locals who come in to pick up carry-outs and eat in as well -- a good sign. We recently tried the eat-in fish and chips. The restaurant is a large and uninspiring room in a strip mall, we were the only eat-in patrons. They were doing a brisk take-out business however, and other diners did arrive over the course of our meal.Nothing fancy, the fish was fresh and cooked perfectly.
