View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Beraria Hanul cu Tei:
The waiter could not speak English, rude and pushy. He basically started to scream at us because he wanted a 20% tip, the worst experience we had in Bucharest. Stay away from this place! View all feedback.
The food was very delicious. the personal is friendly. the place is elegant and cozy. I like to come with my family and show the place.
A very fine kitchen, my favorites are scubated. beautiful staff, large portions, very tasty and affordable meals. I eat here for 5 years. I'll be back with everyone.
Saw the night before ribs plate (after dinner unfortunately) and I had to get one myself the next day. It was so tasty, not expensive (45 RON) with exceptional service. The place can get pretty full in the evenings.
I came to Beraria Hanul cu Tei with a group of friends. We ordered several bottles of wine, a quesadilla and pasta carbonara. The quality of food is below average and the prices too high for what they offer. The carbonara was like a soup...of cream and overcooked pasta with cheap bacon. Although we specified right from beginning what kind of wine we want, the waiter tried to sell us a more expensive one, even not knowing what we will order for food and see if it matches with what we are going to eat. They have no interest in your experience, just to sell you more of their stuff. A good place to come and have a beer, not great for eating.
This place is an old guest house that has been transformed into a very interesting place. it is now a small street with some small antique shops and some small art galleries. we loved this place and we spent several hours there. it has an authentic medieval atmosphere and. is one of the tourist attractions in the old town.
