Great place for lunch and also for dinner.Decent prices, lovely food (specially the home made pasta) and relaxing athmosphere.The owner is always in the restaurant giving fair advices and recommendations to his customers. In the summer they have a small but very beautiful terrace.I will come back for sure!

Ich war sehr enttäuscht über die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen und Getränke.Wir waren eine Gruppe von ca. 40 Personen und hatten als geschlossene Gesellschaft das Exile für den ganzen Abend reserviert.Im Voraus zahlten wir 70,- EUR/ Person für Getränke und ein Buffet.Das Vorspeisenbuffet war noch das Beste, denn das was folgte war nicht das was man erwartet hätte für diesen Betrag. Das Hauptspeisenbuffet beinhaltete zwei verschiedenen Fleischsorten, vier Beilagen und einen Salat. Das Dessertbuffet schoss allerdings den Vogel ab, ein Baiser mit einem Klecks Sahne drauf...Unter einem Buffet versteht man doch etwas anderes, dieser Gastwirt wahrscheinlich nicht....Getränke: ich wollte mit etwas anfangen, das absolut nicht schlecht sein konnte: Campari-Orange. Was kann man da falsch machen, werden jetzt wohl welche denken. Ziemlich viel, wenn man anstatt Orangensaft sehr süße Orangenlimonade hinzu mischt. Dann dachte ich, ok, Campari-Soda, jetzt geht doch bestimmt nichts mehr schief. Denkste! Ungenießbar.... Also ging ich zur Bar und wollte den Jungs zeigen wie man diese sehr einfache Getränke zubereitet. Ich wurde eines Besseren belehrt: mit Campari aus der Türkei schmeckt es beim besten Barkeeper der Welt nicht!Der Wein war das einzige Getränk das genießbar war, außer man möchte keine Weißweinschorle und dafür warmen Weißwein, denn wenn man einen kühlen Weißwein verlangte, bekam man eine Karaffe mit Wein mit jede Menge Eiswürfel darin.

One may find this restaurant now in the Dorobanti area. Sofia str. is generally quiet, and the nice houses build before the WWW on each side of the road give to the place its ambiance.To tell you the truth, I have only been on the terrace, because this Monday was the first day of real spring, sunny and warm, after a long winter "recall". It is a nice place where to have a coup of coffee or tea or any other beverage but it is difficult to have lunch there. But we managed, with a little bit of imagination (we asked that some wooden chairs available on the terrace are used as additional tables). The waiter was not very happy that we were so obstinate and wanted to have lunch on the terrace that was not yet prepared to receive customers for lunch, and could not come with any idea how to help us enjoy the terrace, maybe also because he was supposed to welcome us inside. The beverages were nice and the food was ok (not great, but not bad either), a little bit on the expensive side.
