We ate here after good reviews on Trip Advisor and because it was close to our hotel. It's a bit off the beaten track, but it's worth finding it. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a nice cozy... authentic Romanian atmosphere. We had the pork ribs and fish and chips, both excellent. Prices were incredibly reasonable, so we would definitely recommend this restaurant. We don't want to be negative... View all feedback.

On a warm spring evening we sat outside in the courtyard and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Everything was excellent, the portions were huge, service was polite and the setting was wonderful. All the other girls in our night were locals. But it wasn't a problem. Google translate did...a great job with the menu and she gave us a tablet with photos of most dishes. This is a little outside the tourist route and you will be so glad that you made the way around. Excellent!
We came to Bucharest for one day. We looked for sth close to our hotel. And we find Casa. Waiter has very helpful, even if do not have English menu, he offered tablet with pictures of some dishes. It helped us very much. In local...was a few Romanians. Restaurant is clear, and warm. But the food. Was amazing, The BBQ ribs, was so taste with excellence sos and spices. The portion was big.(see the pictures). 39 lei Lemon chicken was soft, and marinated with exotic tastes. 33 lei Quesadillas with potatoes very taste too. 31 lei Restaurant is located on small street, but if you will be here, you have to came to visit this place.

A combination of nice Romanian European dishes and decent prices, together with the excellent service in a cozy atmosphere, is what makes this place special.
It is a small restaurant in an old house in the Armenian neighborhood of Bucharest, very close to the center. No marking outdoors (signs, lights etc. , and the location on a dead end street outside from the traffic, makes it a place were only people...who knows it end up. Usually you get there with a friend and then remember it. The food is very good (don't expect michelin stars for a local restaurant (taverna and not very expensive. Quesadilla is a must. Having a small child we sat in the ground floor at the non smoker area. At the upper floor/attic (mansarda is the smoking area. TDLR: Quiet place, good affordable food.
