We had a beautiful meal, entree was a dozen kilpatrik oysters and for mains we had the crumbed French lamb cutlets and the Rump steak. All meals were so yummy we couldn't fault it at all. Pretty much licked our plates clean.
Booked for dinner on a sat night and were greeted by a very cheerful lady, and we were given the option of inside or out and we chose out as it was quieter and they had the gas heaters on. We started off with some garlic bread which was just how l like it. My partner ordered the crispy salmon with salad and l ordered the chicken breast with bacon, avocado and camembert. We were given some complimentary garlic bread as they thought our meals were taking too long...l didn't think so. Mains were good and plentiful. My partner also had sticky date pudding for dessert and said it was great. We finished off with coffee which was just ok. Staff were friendly and efficient. Quite a pleasant evening.
Good food over a long period of time. They have a small selection normally , about 12-15 meals to choose from , but change on a regular basis. always very nice food and plenty of it. Nice small restaurant.
Despite not having a booking for a Saturday night, the staff of Les Chefs fitted us in. Sitting outside, the restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were very pleasant, helpful if the service was a trifle slow. The food was excellent (I had lamb and the dish was amply prepared). Well worth a visit if you are in Bundaberg.
