not to get the clearest system for payment or eating as they need to fill their bowl first, then pay before putting their food on the grill. I didn't get a warm reception because I'm used to other places that make the Mongolian grill, but I understand that the dings have changed for the pandemic. signage is quite good overall, but something that explains that would help the unique type of payment for eating. What User doesn't like about Khans Mongolian Grill:
this place is so fundamental. they need to make their own teller and everything sits like buffet style, so when they are cut and have covid they are likely to get sick. they snore me because they don't typ. all they do is freeze your flesh. big deal! View all feedback.
I visited Khan 's Mongolian Grill in Burien at 15858 1st Ave South Suite 107, today after a long absence of not going there. During the whole Covid protocol stuff, and I thought the quality of meal had taken a down turn. But I went in early, right at noon. Found out it was under new ownership and new management. Spoke to the new manager Jay a nice Asian gentleman. Who was happy to answer my questions, was friendly and cooked my chosen noodles, and fresh and varied vegetables, cooked to perfection!! Great varied fresh vegetables, broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms and more! You choose the noodles, vegetables, oils, seasoning etc. Take it to the cash register, then they cook on a hot flat grill! Fast and Hot! It was much better, it tasted clean and uncomplicated. Knowing they are scraping and cleaning the grill far better now, then under old management. Give them a try, if you have not been there for awhile!
I used to visit this restaurant at least once a week before the pandemic, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. The staff, especially the new owner, was unfriendly and unkind. There was no one at the register, so I had to wait for someone to take my bowl to grill it. Even though I asked for my rice to be put in a separate container as usual, the owner refused and was very rude about it. The limit for sauce choices was now only 3, including soy sauce, and the to-go containers were smaller than before. I ended up paying an extra $3.00 for additional sauce. When I got home, the food didn't taste as good as it had in the past. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I absolutely love this place. I've been going here for over ten years and each time I go, they never fail to satisfy. You walk through and pick out the vegetables you like along with the type of noodles and then give your bowl to them and choose what kind of meat you would like in it. Then they cook it right there in front of you for you to watch. I give the Mongolian grill in burien two thumbs up

I enjoyed a pretty standard tea of noodles, brokkoli and huh to rehearse. I'm always entertained to see the grillmasters. the place went from less busy than usual to twice as busy as normal in 20 minutes. in any case a place where the place goes to dinner at the weekend.
I used to be here at least once the week before the pandemic. I left today and was very disappointed. the personal especially the new owner was not friendly or friendly at all. No one in the register, so I waited a little time before someone took my bowl to grill it. my order was to go, I asked for my rice in a separate container, as I always did in the past. he said they can't do that. I said I would pay for the other container as per I want my rice mixed with all the noodles. he was very rude about it. at the station where they choose their own sauce, the limit is now 3 including soy sauce. I fully understand that the prices of food are so high but that to go container are half the size they were before. I received a total of 5 and had to pay an additional $3.00 only for the sauce. when I came home, eating in the past was not almost as good. will not go back
