Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers easily accessible parking and decent customer service, but some have described the atmosphere as dry. The food is simple, with the Spinat Artichoke dive being a standout dish. Prices for the dishes were seen as excessive for the portion sizes by some, with a lack of sides contributing to this sentiment. Some customers have experienced long wait times for service, with issues such as running out of menu items and mix-ups with orders reported. However, the salad bar is well-maintained and offers a good variety of fresh options. Overall, while some have had positive experiences with attentive service and flavorful food options, others have left feeling underwhelmed by the overall dining experience at the restaurant.
The restaurant offered convenient parking, and the service from the waitress was satisfactory. However, the atmosphere felt quite dull. The food was rather bland and lacked seasoning, although the spinach artichoke dip stood out as the best item we tried. The skewered shrimp and sweet potato fries were mediocre at best, and the rice was tasteless. I did not enjoy the fried okra at all. Overall, I believe the food and ambiance are more suited for diners who do not have high expectations, perhaps those who are satisfied with a basic buffet salad bar and simple main dishes.
We had a great first experience at this restaurant! I ordered the half rack of ribs, sweet potato, and a salad, and everything was delicious—I couldn’t finish it all. Our waitress was wonderful; she was very attentive, ensured we had everything we needed, refilled our drinks before they were empty, and checked on us multiple times. We will definitely be returning!
Once we finally ordered food, we had to wait another 30 minutes to be served, only to be informed when the food arrived that they were out of beef tips. The staff mentioned they were experiencing a full house and were understaffed, and then asked if I wanted to choose something else. I declined, as I simply wanted my sides, but that seemed too complicated for them to handle. Even the people at the neighboring table were facing difficulties with their service. Despite the challenges, my children decided they won’t completely give up on the place. They mentioned they might sit at the bar next time, as it would mean no kids or me to worry about. Overall, I managed to enjoy myself because the restaurant had a unique atmosphere. I might try visiting again at a different time, hoping it will be less hectic when one of the three owners isn’t in the kitchen and the wife isn’t overwhelmed. However, she was very apologetic about the situation.
The restaurant offered convenient parking. The service from the waitress and overall customer care was satisfactory. However, the atmosphere felt rather dull. The food was quite basic and lacked flavor. The Spinach Artichoke dip was likely the standout dish among what we ordered. The sautéed shrimp and sweet potatoes were acceptable, but the rice was flavorless. The fried okra didn't appeal to me at all. Overall, I believe the food and ambiance cater more to diners seeking simple options, like a buffet salad bar and straightforward entrées, rather than those looking for a more refined experience.
