Stopped off for lunch today and was greeted by friendly staff. the order was quick, but we couldn't eat everything... We ordered off the specials menu too...felt bad leaving food to waste! A box was offered so we could take it home, but as we were shopping, we refused. Must say it was home cooked and delicious... What User doesn't like about The Queens Head:
We went around 8 pm on Wednesday night. It was PACKED. We had been to several other spots first that weren't busy at all. The service was decent - especially considering how busy they were. We shared a bottle of Kim Crawford which was inadequately chilled and came with the lid unscrewed already which I didn't love. They have a terrific lunch menu to pick from that includes a glass of white or red wine. The special price for lunch is only $12.00 Great deal.
