The pan fried pork buns & steamed pork dumplings (xiao long bao) were both excellent. They were filled w an impressive amount of delicious piping hot broth inside. The pan fried pork buns also had a well seared crispy bottom. Food arrived at the table very quickly. Was lucky enough to be able to eat in as it is a tiny takeaway shop w only 2 small seated tables. What Christopher Nader doesn't like about Yang's Dumpling:
best pan roasted noodle I tried in sydney. juiciest pan fried knödel ever. the decreasing skin here is a bit thicker than any other place if they like it! had not the chance to try out any rice dishes, but the Tofu court looks really interesting. will be back! View all feedback.
My first time with dump and will never go again!<br no recognition, waited a long time to serve <br not allowed to have a sealed straw, even after buying a drink- I was told that I had to use the open straw- not with COVID-lupfer- then what are they there for <? br threw the food on the table before us <br treated money-no washing hands then treated the frozen dumplings of a bag-yuk <br I said thank you and there was no recognition

Too busy to frequent, however, the service, food, price and design of the restaurant is top notch.
Would rate this place for dumplings in the area. The pan-fried dumplings came hot and crisp on the bottom, but lacked on the inside. The waiting time was 20 minutes and the place is small and tight. It is stronger for the button designed, but they prefer to eat the dumplings when they are fresh.
Yang's dumplings have just moved into a new store in Deane Street Burwood. This shop has seating and tables for up to 15 people. This shop was only open about three weeks, and they still make a soft opening. I order the COMBO C-Special, which consisted of the curry cattle soup with vermicelli and six steamed pork dumplings for $ 12 for 12 dollars. The dumplings were made fresh at the front of the store, which you can see from the street. The dumplings had a beautiful and thin outer layer with a delicious pork filling. The consistency of the soup was a bit watery with just a few slices of beef, it was fine if I had paired with the dumplings, but if I would order this one by itself, I would have been disappointed. I saw every second person who orders the pork rolls and will try them next time.
