Contribute FeedbackOverall, Cafe Rouge in Bury St Edmunds received mixed reviews. While some customers were disappointed in the quality of the food, others enjoyed their meals and praised the service. Complaints ranged from small portion sizes to slow service and lack of attention from wait staff. However, some customers found the food to be well-cooked with imaginative touches and just the right amount. The booking system was easy to use and allowed for specific requests to be accommodated. Despite the mixed feedback, some customers were pleased with their experience and would consider dining at Cafe Rouge again.
We stayed in Bury St Edmunds for the weekend and booked Cafe Rouge for a treat on the Saturday evening at 7.30pm. When we arrived the place was buzzing, but people gradually left and so did our waitress. After our first 2 courses we felt a bit ignored and missed our waitress. The food was very good but the service fell short
Went here for a late lunch, early dinner I ordered the french onion soup as an appetizer, it was alright.
I used to live this place for a quick lunch Sadly disappointed have not been Here for a while service is appalling It drove me to an angry complaint
Yes, it is a franchise, and yes, all Cafe Rouges have the same food, but the ambience and the service is great at the Bury St Edmunds cafe. Our book club
