What PeterCalc likes about Enright's:
Stopped for lunch at this mom and pop diner in Tarbert. The menu is very simple but the dishes were expertly prepared. You definitely won't leave hungry. Mine was roast lamb and mint sauce. My wife's was grilled plaice. Both with 3 veggies and if you were hungry some boiled to fill out the plate. Good service and friendly. Simple food but delicious. Dessert was home made. What Mark A doesn't like about Enright's:
This is quite a small place with a limited menu (which is fine considering it seems there is only one person who serves, cooks and greets you). I had an average meal which I thought was a little on the expensive side for what I got. The host/cook didn't make any conversation and just let me get on with my meal, would have been nice to have a little bit of banter. Enright's from Cahirciveen is a good option for a bar if you want to have a beer after work and sit with friends or alone, Moreover, the enchanting desserts of the house shine not only on children's plates and in children's eyes.

Best food in Kerry . Great value and service . Everything prepared and cooked on the premises from fresh local produce.
