Alligator Pear Restaurant - Calgary

It has been a while since I last dined at Alligator Pear, but I finally had the chance to revisit my favorite sandwich spot for lunch today.

Nash excelled at combining flavors to create delicious dishes, including adding new twists to classics like egg sandwiches. The menu receives positive reviews, featuring a variety of creative flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches, and curries. The portions are generous and the service is friendly, though not always quick due to everything being made fresh to order. Special requests are accommodated, such as substituting chicken for seafood in dishes like the seafood curry. Although Nash is no longer at the restaurant, his recipes and cooks have maintained the quality of the food. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch, closing at 4 pm, so it's possible to grab a bite in the mid-late afternoon. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
