Visited several times during stampede it's a little walk to this bar but well worth the trip! Good selection of beer, very friendly staff and good hearty food, what more can you ask for! Look it up if your in town! View all feedback.

What Hermann Weimann doesn't like about Belfry Gastro House:
They serve pub food, but is over priced. The service is typically slow, and very inconsistent. I have often been over charged or charged for items that I did not order (and others have had similar experiences.) If you need to go out after work and grab a few drinks and a burger, not a bad choice. Just make sure you watch your bill. View all feedback.

I popped in for a quick Beer and stayed for the night ! Ordered the Duck wings (drums really ) came with a delicious mango/apple sauce . Service was quick , Bartender was personable and witty . He gave me a few testers to allow me to decide on which beer I wanted . Granville Island Pale Ale I believe was my choice .Dani the bartender/waitress was an absolute delight . She even recommended a book to me ! Which I promptly bought the next day !! And she was right it was great ( Anthony Bourdaines Kitchen Confidential ) All in all a neat little spot .Even put the Habs on for me , in Cowtown !!!

Ask to sit at Danni's table. The wings on Wed night are $1 per plate and the place is full of TV's for sports

Belfry is consistently disappointing. I've been here several times for lunches because it's so close to my work and so I wish I could say something nice. Owner/operator is a curmudgeon and that attitude seems to infect all the service from the front staff to the kitchen. Drink menu special prices weren't honoured and the menu discrepancies weren't corrected, like this wasn't worth their time.

The service and food here was really good. The atmosphere and decor was very impressive during the day and at night. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Food was very good.
