Joyce On 4th - Calgary

Went for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the service and business. We sat on the small patio which was a mistake because of all the Traffic as well as all the bums that were in the area.

I went with my friends to celebrate a birthday party. The pub did not have many employees for a Saturday night. The blonde bartender thinks that is better than everyone else and she is snob and we couldn't get drinks from her. You may be better off going to a different pub and enjoy drinks and a better customer service.I have email the General Manager and the offer was "come back for a free supper and a couple of drinks" no disciplinary action for the rude bartender. I am not planning on going back in a while and I will suggest others to do the same.

This local pub is my favourite since moving to Calgary. They have some really awesome happy hour specials and daily specials. The beer selection is great as well. Their home brew (Gas Lamp Beers), are actually really good. Give them a try. Service here is amazing. The bar and wait staff really make you feel at home.The Burgers and fries are great, the Steak and Mushroom sandwich is really good, wings are pretty decent. I've had a few things on the food menu I have found bland, or run of the mill, but it seems recently they kind of revamped the menu and seem to be putting more care into all the food. There has been a noticeable improvement.Love this place! It will be my pub for as long as I live in Calgary.

Went on Boxing Day, $1.49 wings which were very good, half price drinks which tasted great. Of course quite busy. Lots of TV's with different sports. Went with a group of 10. Had a great time, service was quite good considering the place was full. Somewhat noisy since it was full. Have been here before and will come again.

Comfortable seating (either tables, booths, seating at the bar or patio dining. Excellent service. Huge food selection. So much great food, I would definitely go back.
