Entire work crew went out to dinner. The server was great, the food excellent. The best part? The mesquite grilled cattleman's cut ribeye. All steaks, 7 in total were cooked exactly as ordered. The squash was cooked correctly. The bacon wrapped quail was on point. As was the bacon wrapped shrimp.
