One of the few pub/bars along the main strip that has a great range of beers, wines and spirits that are happy for you to just drop in for a drink! All the live sport on too! Best of all, really friendly people and efficient service! Definitely drop in for a beer when in Cannes! View all feedback.
What Lucy Ferreira doesn't like about L'annexe:
great location, beautiful service pity that they calculate so much for average quality drinks their congratulations the prices are even higher than the local competition. time to rethink the whole concept. View all feedback.

Good sports bar showing all the important sports events. Kevin is the best barman and greets everyone like a family member.
This place has a small terrace where people pass by and on which you can enjoy the nice drinks served. In December we found here many locals giving the place a really relaxed atmosphere. I can imagine that in summertime the place is overcrowded like the rest of Cannes. But for now we really enjoyed the heated terrace and the drinks.
Great little sports bar on Rue Felix Faure, nestled behind Hotel de Ville. Though quite a small bar area, it makes it up with very friendly and efficient service, great music, and a variety of sports showing on the large TVs positioned on each wall.Although only a few beers on tap (mostly a bottle bar), there's Grimbergen on draught, and this was reasonably priced (for Cannes), at €7.50 per 500ml (with complimentary salty olives and popcorn). You can easily pay double that on la croisette. There's also a happy hour between 1700-2000, when draught is €5.90. There's also an extensive range of cocktails, €10 each, which is again reasonable for central Cannes. Also serves some quality bar food. Strongly recommend L'annexe pizza, and the salmon club sandwiches. Good sized portions, priced between €12 - €16. Place is spotlessly clean. It is very easy to lose an afternoon in here (we did!), watching the world pass by. Definitely recommend a visit when in Cannes.
We were so happy to stumble on to this place and the unbelievable bartender/server/entertainer, Kevin. We literally ended up spending our entire shore leave with him just hanging out. Pros:1. It is a terrific place to take a pause from the rat race that is a cruise.2. The Olives that the give you to snack on are delicious!! (And popcorn, and French fries...) 3. If you are a beer person they had some phenomenal locals. We love to try out locals. They are more wheats/Belgium than IPA, just FYI. :)4. It's in the middle of everything so it's on the way back to the sea.5. If it matters to you, they speak better English than me and take credit cards. :DCons: (kind of but not really)1. They have outdoor seating, but it's more of a street view not sea. So people watching.2. If you require a handicapped accessible bathroom, like 99% of all bathrooms in Europe this one would be very difficult to access as it is on the second floor.
