Le 360o - Cannes

This place is just pitifulMy family and I don't visit fast food often, but when we do we expect to at least get what you ordered.

Pretty good food quality Breakfast is really good _The service needs work The drive thru is usually slow.

Allez y pour la plus belle vue de Cannes et aussi pour le maitre d'hotel du restaurant tres professionel, extremement serviable qui aime son métier et fait tout pour arranger les choses. Pour le reste, il y a de bons restaurants à Cannes où vous pourrez diner avant ou après...Go for the most beautiful view of Cannes as well as the the very professional restaurant butler, always ready to please you, who loves his job and does all he can to smooth things over. For the rest, you'll find good restaurant in Cannes where you can dine before or after...

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in Cannes. We spent one very enjoyable evening at the 360 panorama terrace for drinks - absolutely amazing! We noticed that there was a restaurant there too and we reserved for Sunday evening.The Manager who made our reservation was very friendly and courteous and we could not wait for dinner in what looked to be a very special place.We have travelled all over the world and can honestly say we have never experienced such rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional service anywhere. The Manager, Jeremy came across very arrogant and could hardly manage to greet us - we certainly were not welcomed. We had reserved a table by the window and this did not disappoint. The pretty small restaurant was approximately 40% full with, two young waiters serving, a waitress and the Manager.We had to wait 15 minutes to be issued a menu and a further half an hour to be served drinks. We had to ask for bread. We were not sure if there had been an argument amongst the staff as the two young male waiters, particularly the smaller one, seemed extremely miserable and most certainly were not enjoying their job. The waitress however, was serving other tables and later in the evening attended to us, she was very pleasant and no complaints about her whatsoever.The food itself was OK/average but quite honestly we had waited so long for it to arrive that we had all lost our appetitie.I would have given a rating of 1 star (terrible) because of the service, however the view was incredible. Maybe the service would have been better if the Manager who made our reservation would have been working that evening and it might have been a different experience. I would definitely recommend the 360 rooftop bar for drinks that was incredible but unfortunately despite the beautiful setting, I could not recommend the restaurant.

Drank at Bar 360 three nights on our four night stay in Cannes.Brilliant views, cumfy seating, very slow service when busy, expensive. But worth it.
