This was my first time at this restaurant. I frequently visit Capitola and have always wanted to try this charming place by the ocean. I've been coming to Mr. Toots for over 32 years. Great atmosphere, great view. It's my zen happy place. The Mona Lisa with freshly picked cream rocks.
