Nous souhaitions passer un week-end à Carcassonne avec la petite femme. Nous avons reçut une Wonderbox que nous voulions utiliser dans ce restaurant, seul sur CarcassonneÀ peine évoquer le nom que je me suis fait envoyer promener en me faisant entendre que c'était possible que du mardi au jeudi soir.Quand on dit qu'on se fait une idée dans les 30'. Un accueil chaleureux sans être pressé, une cuisine de qualité, un choix de vins raisonnable, que du bonheur pour cette première expérience ! Nous y sommes donc retournés le lendemain pour déjeuner, c'était tout aussi délicieux. Et le spectacle se trouve aussi dans la cheminée !
We visited here 8 years ago and were very happy to see the restaurant had survived the pandemic. This is the preeminent restaurant in Carcassonne so a reservation is a must. Steaks are dry aged and you can order in 100g increments extra. Dinner was done perfectly, wine was great, staff were exceptional!
Super small restaurant with its fireplace. It's worth the detour! the menu price at the entrance, the dish and the dessert is fabulous. That was great. We were allowed a vegetable soup before we got in. The cocoa egg with foie gras is succulent! And the cassoulet is at home. Cooked meat with braise! very welcoming and very nice staff thanks again!
A good welcome. a smiling team. and a price of very good quality.
Probably the best carcason table. a huge chimney where a grilling expert cooks meat under your eyes. The products are fresh. No chichi, we're here to have a good time, relax. Smiling staff! I highly recommend.
