Myself and my partner visited this Nando’s on Valentine’s Day at around 3:30pm and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were treated by a lovely young lady (sounded as though she was from Birmingham so she can be recognised by the store! . The lady informed us that there would be a 5 minute wait but we were seated almost immediately which was lovely. She then showed us to our table, and couldn’t have been nicer telling us how to order etc. unfortunately they had run out of chicken thighs, so we were unable to have our go to order (fino pitta 10/10!! . I then asked another young lady with blonde hair if we could have the fino pitta, with chicken breast instead of thigh. She asked her manager and couldn’t have been more accommodating, as they were able to do this for us! Both ladies checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay and we were enjoying our meal! To the two lovely ladies, who were working in the downstairs area of the restaurant at 3:30pm. Thank you for your kind hospitality and I hope your branch see this and reward you suitably for your hard work!! Xx
Best chicken in the uk, sounds stupid to say this about a chain but I love it and my family too. Great food
Pitta was brought out and was dry when told assistant about this was offered a replacement which we didn’t want so he shrugged his shoulders, no management support or interaction to discuss the poor food quality
Ordered a family meal platter via deliveroo on Saturday night. The family platter is or should I say was one of our favourites and we’ve ordered loads of these in the past. When the meal arrived, the chicken looked horrible-the breast of the chicken was ok-a little bit dry but the legs looked awful-hardly any skin on them and looked like someone had either been picking at it or it had been scraped off someone’s plate! Very unappetising and none of us wanted the legs-it was delivered at 5.33pm and by 5.38pm I had contacted Deliveroo who said my photo wasn’t evidence enough of my complaint I don’t think they would have been happy receiving that chicken after paying £57.95) I’ve contacted Nando's and am still waiting on their response. I’ve posted the photo of the chicken so you can decide for yourselves. I personally won’t be eating here again, very disappointing and Deliveroo didn’t handle it very well either :
We were sat outside because the weather was stunning and had Josh waiting our table. Food came really quick (and I was hungover so it was very much appreciated) and Josh was lovely. He came over to check on us a bunch of times and made the experience really good so we had to ask a coworker for his name so I could include him in the review. Hope to be served by him again. We also watched a seagull annihilate an entire chicken bone in one gulp which was very entertaining.
