Old Post Office Cafe - CARNELIAN BAY

Best breakfast place I?ve been in a while. Great service, more food than I could eat. Can I say 5 pieces of thick cut Bacon! Pancakes home made, super buttery and delicious. Topped off with a Bacon **** Mary.

Awesome place for breakfast. As Tahoe locals this is our go-to spot whenever we go out for breakfast. Portions are huge and the staff is always super welcoming. You will usually have to wait for a table because they are that busy, but it's always worth thewait on a weekend morning.

A classic brunch place is what i would call out this restaurant. Had an amazing brunch before we went out skiing and it was good. Amazing staff, good food, good coffee and great service.

Very nice breakfast place in Tahoe. We went there early in the day and the place was starting to get busy. We ordered the Benny which comes with an English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce and comes with a side ofpotatoes. We also ordered the Postmasters special which comes with 3 eggs(style to be picked), choice of scone or toast, choiceof sausage or links and a side of potatoes and also a short stack of Pancakes. The portions are big sized so come here hungry.

This cafe is super cute and sooo delicious. Lots of fun old post office decor. It?s a small cafe, so expect to wait a bit on a weekend especially if you have a large group! Next time we want to get there early so I can snag a spot at the front ? lakefacing windows! A good amount of parking and easy to spot off the road. Highly recommend checking this place out.
