O Farol - Carvoeiro

We had a great dinner here with 8 people. the hospitality was excellent. great service and especially good food. if they are close, it is a must to see this great restaurant.

I never had a bad meal from this restaurant and it's wonderful to be back after a few years. it is undoubtedly our favorite in the opposite and right in front of the door in rocha brava. my partner tends to vary selections, but I cannot pass the filet steak kebab. good. when they stumble near or near rocha brava, they need to try this, wonderful food and excellent friendly service.

We wanted to try this restaurant for a past, we and our friends are part of the time inhabitants who live quite locally. we booked, we got a nice table, thanks. the food was presented beautifully and good quality. but this is the one. it felt everything like. process. the waiter had his attention at another place when he took our order. there was no feeling to be welcome, just going through the cursor until. well, until we left and the staff could go home.

I wanted to visit this restaurant for a series of years, but never was around them. this one we have visited. husband had sardine starter. amazingly, they were cooked in a teig, but cold served, making the teig soft. for the net we had garnel. seafood in a spaghetti and salmon with mango sauce. both were very good. the service was not great. neither our glittering water or wine (which was also very beautiful) that was placed on the side of the table in a weeping were served after the first pouring. that is good in itself, but in order to reach the drinks, we had to sit out of ours. we served ourselves, but the drinks put on the table. when I asked about it when I paid our bill, the waiter made a comment, but did not answer the question. was just a little annoying. other family members were visited in an earlier evening and had served drinks.

Every time we are in Carvoeiro we always visit this restaurant. Friendly relax service and good food. They have a great 3 course lunch menu offer for about 12-13 euro which include glass of wine and coffee.
