Le Florida - Castéra-Verduzan

I reviewed this restaurant when first discovered five years ago. Have been back several times since, and am never disappointed/ Always excellent service, superb food, and a congenial atmosphere. It has a grace and carefully choreographed service that is professional but not stuffy, friendly but not in-your-face. In my latest visit, the rabbit was just spectacular. Needless to say, a fairly broad and well-curated French wine list, including a number of half-bottles. All in all, so very worth the detour if you are anywhere close by.

This is the restaurant we go to when we want the best quality food and and dreams served up on a plate. The staff are out of this world , helpful, attentive without being (in your face) and the atmosphere with its open fireplace, is elegant and welcoming. Baptist, the Maitre de Maison, carries on the tradition of the family heritage created by his Grandmother Angele. It is also such a joy to be welcomed at the door by both father and son. Long may it continue.

Nice discovery. We take care of the fans. A perfect welcome, refined dishes, a soothing decor, a quiet, faultless and smiling service. What about the meal? That was awesome! Combination and diversity of flavours, quality of local products, perfectly arranged. I highly recommend!! Thanks to the whole team for the right time.

A warm and authentic setting, a fantastic and friendly welcome, a father-child cuisine made of 4 master hands to sublimate fresh products... In short: an excellent moment and already the desire to renew the experience... Congratulations!

We spent a night and ate a meal at the top with tasty tasty dishes and very correct quantities. We have enjoyed a listening and professional staff. Small flat : Tables a little too close to our taste ♦We were more disappointed by the guest room which seems to me in terms of a somewhat excessive rate: terrace too close to the restaurant terrace, room ill isolated and the comble: no water in the morning to shower! Leaking the boiler can happen, no worries. But don't make a commercial gesture when you pay! So here we go again without even washing your hands or brushing your teeth but leaving a nice check! Fortunately we don’t live long and we’re going home following
