Lana Castlebar Asian Street Food

I recently visited Lana Castlebar for the second time, after giving it a glowing 5-star review on my last visit. Unfortunately, this time was not as pleasant. The manager's actions were disappointing and I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered the sweet chili chicken with fried rice, and was disappointed with the overwhelming amount of chili sauce. Typically, sweet chili chicken has a drizzle of sauce that is not overpowering. However, in this case, the chicken was drowned in sauce, making the dish a soupy mess that made me feel ill.

Nice place but left with sour taste. This is the second time I have visited Lana Castlebar and the last visit was a 5 star review. This time things didn’t go so well for me and the actions of the manager was very poor. I ordered the sweet chilli chicken with fried rice and was hugely disappointed . I have had chilli chicken many times in many restaurants and the sweet chilli sauce is a drizzle and not over powering. Unfortunately this chilli chicken was drowned in chilli sauce and when I added the rice everything became a goop and was overpowering and made me feel ill

Great food the portions were quite handsome and the service was unique

Took family for the experience. Great menu and the food is superb.
