What Weifang L doesn't like about Thai Palace:
We waited for literally TWO hours to get our food ordered and served. They had many take out orders and didn't really care about their dine-in customers. Small portions compared to the price. They also charged us a 20% service fee, which made no sense. We had to go elsewhere to fill our half-empty stomachs after spending $30 per person. View all feedback.
I have the best Thai restaurant after the attempt in the whole country. Very recommended.
Great food, best Thai place. You get what you pay, but your food is worth the price. Easy online ordering or pick-up for takeout
My first time to eat Thai and I was very happy! The food was DELICIOUS? The staff is very attentive and nice. Our waitress explained everything we asked. I'll go back to try other things. The ginger dressing is love in your mouth? I had Pad Thai and it was tasteful and sooo good!
Not one for posting bad reviews, as I was also a food service professional, but the delivery I was thrown away from this place was amazing. $60 total (I understand that Tordash will cost more) for soup salad and a fried sample plate could have been worth it if the food was decent, but the Tom Yum soup was watery, gray and completely unappatizing and the rest was only meh and about price for what I finally restored. Take the need to get the restaurant quality when you will offer it is a service. Very disappointed.
Tom yum soup was disgusting, had no flavor to it and didnt even resemble what I've gotten in the past from other resturaunts (picture of grey soup attached). Sample platter tasted like everything was fried in old oil. Wanted to give this place a chance but it was not worth it. Very disappointing.
