The service was attentive and welcoming, with some customers receiving recommendations for things to do in the city. The Saltwater Grill in Galveston was praised for its delicious food and exceptional service, making it a must-visit spot for future trips. The atmosphere at Saffire, located near the ball park, was pleasant with efficient staff and a variety of tasty menu options. Overall, the experience at these restaurants varied with some patrons enjoying a delightful meal while others faced service issues and disappointment with the food quality.
I stay regularly in the hotel. it is very disappointing that the menu is limited and offers only few gluten-free or other diet retriction options.
Two tables throughout the restaurant and we were put under pressure to order immediately and everything came at the same time. we ordered an appetizer to share, salate and entrees. everything came at once. we were in the hotel and thought this would be a nice option at the end of our weekend. my crabcake was unusable, it was a little musk that wasn't even warm. for three people was the bill over $200 and we had no wine or cocktails. we explained that the crab cake was indelible, but they still accused us of it. the hotel was amazing, the restaurant was not good at all.
No need for a reservation. the restaurant is located in a hotel. our party of 8 was said to order from the bar as there were no waiting staff
We arrived at 10’mins early and hostess was unfriendly and overtaken. we could not get an breakfast at 1115, although website and reservation specified until 12. all empty tables were filled with dirty feeds. we left how it was a bad experience
Good hotel restaurant. They had no record of an Open Table reservation but were able to accomodate us.
