What Denis Dickinson doesn't like about Dish Restaurant:
Was with a large group and they handled it fairly well. Had the fried chicken sandwich and mac and cheese, both were very good. Server was friendly and attentive. She did well with the large group but management should have given her some help. Otherwise a great meal and will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
Here it is not where you can expect a separate vegan menu and also find out that the lenticular is not vegan.
We were with all-eaters and tried this place after it was a diners, drive-ins and dives restaurant. there were several vegan options for us. They also seemed very spiritual. the food and service were excellent!
Cajun happy hour was really good. the smoked cancers, sausage, maize and carrots were excellent. the music was great, but too loud for the conversation. beer was cold, the service was good. eating out was nice. I would do it again.
Beloved dish in charlotte nc. had a really great mood and atmosphere! they drink daily and a fantastic menu. we shared the sampler plate with deviled eiern, kartoffelpuffs, fried green tomaten, pimento cheese with crackers and homemade kartoffel chips! everything was delicious. we also had the chopped sandwich, the chicken steak and the garnel and grits. Everything was phenomenal, but the garnel and grits were by far the best we had in charlotte. will go back! and a scream on our server lee, he was super friendly and fast!
Ava was such a great waitress with good customer service. Our food was very filling and tasty. We definitely recommend The Dish if you're looking for a southern cooking and good drinks.
