This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I wouldn't even give it a one-star rating if I didn't have to. The employees were rude, which I can somewhat understand since I visited late, but they still need to do the job they were hired for. I have over 30 years of experience in the industry, and if you're going to close early, you need to take the right steps to inform customers. Online orders should indicate that you're closed, not open. The Ballantyne location is great, but this Park Road Wendy's is just terrible. They really should consider closing this location permanently.
I visited the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the woman who took our order was quite rude and seemed to be in a hurry. She interrupted us before we could finish ordering and kept asking if we needed anything else. When I spoke to a manager, she mentioned that the new general manager is focusing on speed over quality. She assured me that she would address the issue with the employee, but I'm not optimistic about any real changes happening. This Wendy's has definitely declined in terms of service, food quality, and friendliness.
EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! Friendly staff. The food could have been served a bit warmer, but if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return. I've never seen a fast food restaurant this clean before!
I visited this restaurant several times, but they were temporarily closed on some occasions due to a lack of food supplies. While it’s not Wendy's fault that they are understaffed, I appreciate their efforts to do the best they can. The food is decent, and the employees are quite friendly.
The drive-thru always seems to have a wait of about 20-30 minutes, and this time was no exception. I placed my order and waited for what felt like forever. When I finally asked about my simple order, the cashier seemed confused and didn't know where to find it. In total, I spent about 45 minutes waiting for a 10-piece nugget and fries. I will definitely not be returning to this place again.
