The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance and the customer service was outstanding. We had a great time and loved the tasty homemade cucumber gin. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. View all feedback.
What Brandi Runte doesn't like about The Cross Keys:
Average food, understaffed, with tired waiters who offered the absolute minimum in friendliness with a hint of condescension. Not what a gastropub should be all about. Thrives on being a Chelsea backwater cliched scene and therefore doesn’t need to try harder, but the rest of the world notice the mediocrity. View all feedback.
This place was great. they were able to put us without reservation and we all enjoyed our meal, service and ambiente des ortes. would definitely go back. Actually, we talked about the fact that if we live here, we would make it a regular escaping.
Cushioned by side streets, it has a big country pub feel, although technically on the land, eating is fresh the menu selection has something to offer for most flavors. there is a warm, cozy (nov) atmosphere, and the personal and service friendly. recommend a trip!
Great pub, good eating. beautiful atmosphere, and the staff and service was excellent. highly recommended
We love the cross keys. the staff is wonderful and eating is great and they are never disappointed. the atmosphere is always warmer and there is always an exaggeration of all the mosquitoes inside. it is also fucked away, so it is lovely to get rid of the hectic and the hectic.
Very good pub of generally well to do company. Have always found the staff very polite on my 7 or 8 visits so far the best of which was on 4 March this year when we got a great seat right next to the fireplace by the door! I'm sure the staff have no problems recognising me!
