The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance and the customer service was outstanding. We had a great time and loved the tasty homemade cucumber gin. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. View all feedback.
What Brandi Runte doesn't like about The Cross Keys:
Average food, understaffed, with tired waiters who offered the absolute minimum in friendliness with a hint of condescension. Not what a gastropub should be all about. Thrives on being a Chelsea backwater cliched scene and therefore doesn’t need to try harder, but the rest of the world notice the mediocrity. View all feedback.
Located in Chelsea, this hidden gem has been serving locals for more than a decade. The ambiance is sophisticated yet cozy, with an exceptional wine list, delicious menu options, and a friendly staff.
Lovely lunch amongst the flowers they had put st the back of the restaurant for Chelsea flower show .... staff helpful and very nice

Great location in chelsea neighborhood. Service, quality of food, setting all top. Sunday roast particularly good. We went back again within our week in Chelsea. Thank you
Service slow. Waited long for drinks. Asked for a spoon to dish up vegetables, took so long vegetables were cold.
