We have been to Hotel du Vin many times and also stayed there before we bought a house in Cheltenham. It has always been excellent but sadly our visit was very poor this time around. View all feedback.
For our first wedding anniversary we booked into Hotel du Vin.
Staying in the hotel for just over six weeks throughout this time the staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful and friendly.
Overall an excellent hotel, but definitely a splurgeClean, well-appointed rooms and a friendly, accommodating staff.
I recently had a family meal at this restaurant and was very impressed by the quality of the food. Even the kids menu had delicious options. The staff was attentive, competent, and engaging, which was a pleasant change from some other places I've been to. The food had a unique twist on some classic dishes, which added to the overall dining experience.
The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was lacking. It felt like a ghost town in the hotel dining room for Friday lunch.
