Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers a mix of experiences, with some patrons finding the food subpar and service lacking, while others enjoyed a pleasant Mother's Day brunch. Inconsistencies were noted in food quality, reservation processes, and menu options. Overall, reviews were mixed, with some recommending the establishment and others vowing not to return. For those seeking a convenient hotel dining option, Kitty O'Sheas may suffice, but for diners looking for exceptional cuisine, it may fall short.
Kitty I’Sheas does not take reservations and was unaware they were on open table. They would not acknowledge we had a reset even when I showed them the app and the reservation confirmation. Only by sheer luck was there a table available and we were able to sit and order. Another person in our party had the same experience the day before but there wasn’t a table so they were unable to dine. Not sure where the disconnect is but someone needs to fix it.
Breakfast: corned beef gravy biscuits were dry with thin slivers of lunchmeat-quality meat. Dinner: Shepherds Pie beef was so pureed it actually lost its texture. Didn't bother to go back.
Great lunch spot! Service was excellent as was the food!
We were staying at the hotel for the conference and had an enjoyable dining experience. Our server was fantastic, presentation of courses were lovely. We would highly recommend
I ordered a burger cooked medium and my husband had a caesar salad and soup. The Caesar salad came out without any romaine lettuce so was not really a Caesar but rather an iceberg lettuce salad. My burger came out well done after minutes when there were only three other parties in the dining room at in the afternoon. Overall, it was a total miss. They were slow, they were not attentive and the food was not good. We got off of our check and were glad to escape
