Small, but not cramped traditional Italian. At least that I can tell lol. We were greeted by the owner, I think, and seated by the hostess. The staff was great and very attentive. They have a sizable wine list and a midranged quality bar. Their dinner menu is the star though. I had a fortuitous miscommunication with 'Joe ' our waiter, and received the wrong entree. Loved ambiance and fun service with a traditional Italian feel. We got a variety of dishes including the vodka pasta, risotto, chicken marsala, and one of the specials and no one was ecstatic about their dishes, the pasta was overcooked. 7/10 meal. View all feedback.
Favorite vodka pasta in chicago! it is absolutely amazing. the sections are very large. great before they are to the united center for a event or if they are near west loop.
We had a great time as usual. eating was delicious and authentic, with generous portions. everyone was so nice and the service was impeccable. we love going here and are never disappointed.
I was there for Mother's Day. nicholas is the best server of all time! eating was amazing and the staff is great!
This was our 1st time here and it was outstanding. We ordered 4 different meals and every one was great. Our server (aka Joe) was phenomenal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. This was an all round excellent experience.
Restaurant was very busy with a pre-Blackhawk’s game crowd. Our meals were good but our food was not hot. Even after sending it back it was still not proper serving temperature. We did not send back again because we were pressed for time to attend a concert. Everyone has an off night. We will continue visiting Viaggio.
