Crystal Springs Smokehouse Grill

This was my first job before the previous owners sold it. I continued to be a regular customer from the time it opened until it closed a few weeks ago. I will truly miss the place, but I'm glad the owners can now enjoy their retirement. Wishing them all the best!

I called in an order and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, I stood in line for another 20 minutes. There were four people at the window just waiting around, and I was left wondering where my smoked house order was.

Now, about the food: it was excellent. While it wasn't mind-blowingly extraordinary, it was very good BBQ that I genuinely enjoyed. The portion sizes were on the smaller side, more akin to café servings than typical restaurant portions. However, this was their special Saturday lunch menu. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant to check out when in Chickamauga. I definitely plan to come back to try more items from their extensive menu, which spans about six pages and is packed with all sorts of delicious offerings you can imagine!

This place has the best breakfast and food. My mom and I used to love coming here for our Friday lunch dates when she was still alive.
