Restaurante Bar Sonambulo - Chipiona

Overall was a great experience! The prices were very fair. We ordered 3 starters and all were delicious and inventive. We ordered a 1.4 kg steak to split between 3 people for €75. Note the steak came very rare to where it wasn’t even that warm to eat. Excellent beef quality though and in general very good.

Best cod I've ever had! Ended up here as I arrived in town late and had planned to go to cafe royalty next door but their kitchen was closed, turned out to be a big win. Staff were really friendly (English was a struggle so brush up on your Spanish) and pointed me to some favourites. I had croquettes, cod cheesecake and all of it was superb. Definitely worth the visit and much nicer vibe inside than cafe royalty.

Amazing experience! Stumbled upon this place by accident just looking for somewhere to eat while walking through Cadiz! Service was amazing. The food was the best I’ve had in my two weeks while in the area. I would come back here again any day!

Recommended by our air bnb and did not disappoint. Seated immediately upon arrival and drink order taken. The menu needs to be seen from your phone, FYI. Amazing choices and we started out with Croquettes of pork rinds and he carbonara patties which are deep fried mushroom stew I don't know how they make them but they're yummy. I decided on one of the days specials pork cheek raviolis and my husband ordered the Thai shrimp which he loved but it does not have noodles, the shrimps are in Thai sauce. We ordered bread which was warm and oh so tasty. No cons for us. Recommend you eat here if you can. Also they are a Michelin star restaurant which in itself is not an easy feat. Pricing is very affordable as well.
