Macado's - Christiansburg

Macados service was good. But the shocking part was the end. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake to-go for dessert. And the picture is what I got. Luckily I was able to ask them to give me the chocolate cheesecake because I was shocked at how nasty itlooked and it tasted disgusting. They were kind enough to replace it but never ordering the strawberry cheesecake ever again.Especially with it looking that way.

Came in last weekend an hour before close and had a great time. Our waiter Frank really made the experience for us. He was fast and attentive and also made some nice conversation.

A compact version of the Blacksburg Macado's (with all the random stuff on the walls). Food was pretty much the same. Service okay, but could've been better. Server forgot to bring several key items and needed reminding several times.

Waited over an hour for food for it to come out cold. Server asked me if I wanted it microwaved and then didn't understand what a manager was. When I did get the manager they weren't overly personable and didn't even bring the remade food back to the tablethey had the server do it. Also they brought my appetizer to the table with the food after that hour long wait and the managersaid it wasn't marked as an appetizer on the ticket so that's why it didn't come before the food. That's the second time that'shappened to me at this location. This restaurant location is hit or miss, sometimes it's really good other times it's justterrible.

We was seated fast and was waited on not long after being seated. Waitress we ok and the food was just ok.. Tater charts with the cheese and the bacon they were really greasy/ the lasagna taste like something that you got out of the microwave/ the frenchfries and the chicken fingers they were okay, and I think my husband had a hamburger what she said was all right which was itwas okay to eat when you're hungry. So what I recommend it to somebody else no.
