The host took us to our seat immediately with 1 napkin and NO silverware. Our waitress took our drink order and food order quickly. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We asked our waitress for some silverware we sat for about 10 minutes before she came back to ask if everything was tasting good. She apologized for not getting our silverware she was apparently pulled to the other side. So they were more important than her current table who had food but no way of eating it?? At least our food had enough time to cool down so we didn’t burn our tongues! Will not come back to this location

Me and my husband stopped in for an early dinner and had Skyler as a bartender. She was very friendly and knew a lot about the menu and the drink menu she helped pick out a drink and what I wanted for dinner her costumer service is amazing we need more people like Skyler in this world we live in nowadays we will be back thanks again

Been sitting here for 20 minutes and the waitress has walked by at least 4 times. Really dropped the ball tonight. Service really sucks. Wow ?.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon to have a beer or 2 and the draft coors light was terrible tasting my husband couldn't even finish the beer and exchanged it for a bottle. The bartender was very unattentive however she was very friendly and chatty with 2 other male customers. To say the least we won't be back... we didn't even stay to eat food.

We decided to go to Quaker Steak lube because we hadn't eaten there in a while. Over the years we have had some great times with our kids and friends there. It was Saturday night and the Bengals were playing there first preseason game. We order the four wheeler appetizer. Quaker Steak lube has cut the portion size of this app in half. And our cheese sticks were so over cook there was no cheese inside only breading. Then after a very long wait our main course came, the wings and fries were ice cold at least my burger was good. The restaurant was not busy and I now see why. It is sad to see a once great restaurant fail. I could go more into depth about our terrible experience. Good bye Quaker Steak lube!
