The reviews and photos just don’t do this place justice. First off this isn’t the Ritz. Adjust your expectations! There are gorillas screaming during the meal, it thunders, a parrot does a walk around. This is a restaurant for people with kids, or at least who enjoy novelty. Our waiter was fantastic our meal was great. The atmosphere is really good and the surroundings felt like you were not in central London. Great... View all feedback.
What Mary Maguire doesn't like about Rainforest Cafe:
I had been excited to bring my daughter to this restaurant. Andy, the bartender, was fantastic with both my daughter and niece. However, I found the jungle cave experience to be disappointing. The food was just average. Our server Adrian was very helpful and polite. View all feedback.
Great for children, but not as good as it used to basic table service all intended for service fees can they ask that it be removed as its accused to 12.5% I did, as I like to leave tips instead of after my measured
Fantastic experience for the children. also great burger!
Very expensive £20 for a burger I think that is much too much, but on the other side was the burger tasty and tasty and very hot staff was helpful and friendly and polite when they go into them provide table service as well as its amazing for families and children
Jungle themed underground restaurant with a mostly American diner menu. large portions, net were very filled without room for dessert. service pleasant enough, but seems easy.
Your paying for the atmosphere food is terrible and incredibly overpriced not for the area but for the quality. You visit for the kids, mine especially liked the lightning and sound effects. Unfortunately this place has not been well maintained from my first visit many years ago and some of the animatronics dont move anymore the most impressive ones do still work though.
