What H H likes about Rainforest Cafe:
The reviews and photos just don’t do this place justice. First off this isn’t the Ritz. Adjust your expectations! There are gorillas screaming during the meal, it thunders, a parrot does a walk around. This is a restaurant for people with kids, or at least who enjoy novelty. "After a delightful afternoon watching Operation Mincemeat I was escorted around the corner for my second surprise of the day ..... dinner at Barrafina .... and what a wonderful way to round off a great day it was ! Great service, great choice of tapas. We all indulged, as we should, and from the Gambas, the Skate Wing, the Tortilla and through to the Milhojas every dish presented to us was a taste sensation. The Staff were wonderful, engaging and humerous ....... really didn 't want to leave. So, thank you all for a fabulous evening, hope to return soon ."

"My first taste of Aperol happened in Venice, extremely appropriate given Aperol’s Italian heritage. Topped with soda and gazing out on Venice’s intricate, windy cobbled streets, this bright drink has the power to transport me right back. View from the Grand Canal. I’ve always viewed this as a bit of a summer drink though and Aperol are on a mission to change that and make Aperol a year-round tipple and so they’ve invited us to the Cocktail Trading Co to get a crash course in how to make this drink and show us just how easy drinking it is year round."
