I used to have to travel to Clarion from Philly for my first job out of college in 1999-2000. Me and my buddy would stop by Capt Loomis for dinner. It was always an amazing meal and something we always looked forward to on our trips; usually in the dead of winter. Food and service were always great. Gonna give it a one star. Doesn't hit the spot. Kind of looks dirty behind bar. Pool is expensive. Food isn't that all too great for the price. Servers were okay. Not really going above and beyond. Had no idea typically bar drinks like an old fashion. Olive juice tasted so old but the taste was barley there because of the four shots she gave me. Not really a great atmosphere. Always amazing food and service! The staff goes above and beyond every single time! The older local population can be real dicks to the staff, witnessed and verified. Best pizza in town hands down.

This is an old fashioned bar it ain't fancy it's a big bar there's a lot of room there's a couple of pool tables the owners a great guy so is the bartender party on. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
