Caffe Torino - CLAVIERE

Warm welcome. Good coffee, bombardino and red wine so I was happy! Tasty canapés. Lovely cosy seating area with very good service.

This is my favourite bar in the world. It is a truly happy place and all of the staff make any visit a joyful experience. Breakfast coffees and cakes, lunchtime paninis or early evening aperitives are all fabulous. The selection of snacks that accompany each evening drink is astonishing. Our dog was made more than welcome and on each visit he was given treats and snacks by the owners. Looking forward to visiting again when we are next in Claviere.

Great bar. Friendly service and full of locals. No loud music. Always got a snack with our drinks. Became our regular every evening.

Spent a week skiing here, and after getting rid of the skis, etc., the Torino was a great place to revive, with a coffee, or beer, or ice cream was on offer, but I never got around to trying it. The staff were great, providing complementary crisps and nibbles in huge quantities, with even a small coffee or beer. They seemed to appreciate return visits, and the local families and ski workers seemed to meet up there. Overall, it had a nice middle of everything feel.
