Such a great time, if you make a reservation for the Beer hall on a Friday or Saturday I recommend calling about 30 min ahead to let them know you are coming. People sit for a while so it is hard to estimate wait reservation times. View all feedback.

Meh, first off, zero parking, in contrast to other hb usa locations. the personal was in the average. had not bought the liter the glass special, since every location independently operated conversation was given to me. eating was great, and beer was great. but plan to add 10 to 20 dollars to their tab to park. the owners should work out something with a local partie.
Food quality is hardly German/Bavarian. and if there is no German senf on the table, only American yellower senf, they know that the dinge far from authentic service were very good. political, friendly and timely. kudos to our server. but the stunner was the Ukrainian ultra-right black and red fahne, which represents the right sector organization that hangs behind the small stage on the wall. (photo added I would highly recommend that the administration of this hb remove this flag, as it is much uneasy for some people.
I am what some like to call a boring esser, as I get a burger almost everywhere, but I love burger and hofbräuhaus in cleveland not disappointed. that was amazing and so was my lively cup of beer. highly recommended to check this place. from the server uniforms to the performers on the stage I loved them.

I have been to this restaurant about 10 times, so my review is an overall view....not just one experience. First the good. We love the atmosphere of this place (the main reason we go), the food and beverages are descent, and everytime we have had a reservation we were seated promptly.The not so good. Definitely the most annoying part is that out of 10 times, our check has only been right once. We have had several drinks added to our bill that we would never drink. I would also say that the correct food was brought out about 50% of the time. I think the service definitely does not match the price point of the food and drink. Lastly.....they definitely need to increase the amount of servers. Last time we went our server had 3 tables, but it was a total 0f 32 people. That is an enormous amount for one server to handle.Not here to slam the restaurant, because of the atmosphere and liveliness of the place....we usually still have a good time. It's just they could really improve on the service front!
